West Country Creative Limited was founded by Jo Hunter. Completing her degree in Graphic Design in the 1980s, Jo has worked as a freelance Graphic Designer, within marketing departments in businesses and taught various aspects of Art & Design in post-16 education all her working life.

Jo has always enjoyed seeing students develop their confidence and skills and reach their potential. She decided to combine this with a love of cookery and left her managerial job within adult education to focus on West Country Creative full-time, organising and administering the courses and providing all the food and refreshments. She and a small group of talented tutors are proud to have developed a varied programme of classes for local students and those who may be visiting the region on holiday.
