Can I book over the phone?
Yes - we can take payment with a credit or debit card over the phone.
I’m a beginner - will I be able to cope with the level of a course?
Certainly! All our tutors are experienced at teaching students of all levels and they will ensure that you are supported appropriately.
How often do you change the programme?
New courses are being prepared all the time, but we generally release them for booking up to a year in advance. If you would like to see us offer a particular course, please get in touch.
Can I have a refund if I change my mind?
All our courses require a minimum number of bookings to run. If you have booked and paid and then change your mind, we may be able to offer you an alternative course and transfer your fees in full. If we cannot find you a suitable alternative course we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make a refund as this could jeopardise the viability of the course for other clients.

What do I need to bring?
On some courses you won’t need to bring anything! A full list of what's required will be sent with your receipt.
We supply all the equipment that you will need to complete the item described in the course description and also provide the necessary materials/consummables for a small charge although you are welcome to bring your own. If you wish to make something more complicated than that described, or more items than those outlined in the course description, you may be able to purchase additional materials from the tutor, or bring them yourself.
Are courses ever repeated as the course I want is already full?
Yes. Most of our courses are offered twice during a 12 month period and could be offered again especially if they are very popular.

Are there any discounts available?
If you are interested in booking for a group of 6 or more, we offer a discount of 5% off the course fee. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.
I’m attending the course as part of my holiday. Can you recommend a local hotel?
We have a superb selection of local hotels and B&Bs, some within walking distance of our main venue. If you would like details, please ask.
