We provide fresh tea and coffee and home-baked biscuits or cake on all our courses. A delicious light lunch on all day-long sessions is also included in the course fee.
Ingredients are sourced from local suppliers either in the village or in the nearby town of Launceston and our meat, fish, cheese and vegetables are all West Country produced where possible.
We are happy to cater for any dietary requirements – please let us know your needs when you book. Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan menus are all available and planned according to the needs of students attending on any particular day. Please be aware however, that our kitchen facilities are not nut or gluten-free.
