Course date: Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 November 2011

Felt-making is always terrific fun!

Wendy will begin by going through the felt-making process and explaining the possibilities of the wet-felt technique that students will use. You will then be able to design your bag and begin laying out the felt fibres, whilst considering surface pattern and texture. Once this has been completed, you will need generous quantities of elbow grease to make the felt! Sunday will be spent constructing your bag, adding straps, fastenings and other surface decoration.
