'Early Morning' by Yvette Wiltshire
Do you enjoy painting landscapes but get frustrated with the results? This course will help!
This one day course, which is suitable for beginners and improvers, will cover colour and recession; perspective and identifying tonal values. Landscape composition featuring distant buildings, rivers, moorland rocks and trees will also be covered.
Yvette will include lots of practical demonstrations in her class and one-to-one tuition will be available throughout the session to help you master and develop using washes, wet in wet, dry brush, wet on dry, lifting out, glazing and resist to produce landscape paintings to be proud of.

Materials for the course
- Any Watercolour materials and equipment you already own.
- Watercolour Paper (preferably a NOT surface and 140lb/300gsm in weight)
- Watercolour Brushes (Round No8 or 10 & a Flat Wash brush)
- A 2B pencil
- A soft eraser
- Kitchen roll
- Note pad and pencil/pen
We can supply all the materials you will need for a small charge.
