Thoroughly enjoyable. I learned a lot although I was rather slow and didn't quite finish my mosaic, I was given grout etc to take home so I could finish it. Plenty of tea/coffee and delicious cake. Lunch was superb, and plenty of it! Quite a large group but the tutor gave each person plenty of individual help. Processes were well explained.

This was a really excellent course. I had a great day, the atmosphere was relaxed and informative and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Eventually it might be worth getting a full set of brushes, spacers etc for each student so no waiting but this isn't essential and otherwise I couldn't fault it at all. Thank you.

Starting with a smaller piece really helped to build confidence as I hadn’t used this medium before. I love the vibrant colours and the way they are so easy to combine so that you can make wonderful flowing patterns and tie die effects. The lunch was wonderful, and it’s great that you are catering for people with dietary issues such as gluten intolerance. The hall has a good atmosphere and is easy to reach. A wonderful day!

10/10! Great day, loved silk painting – want to do loads more. Came away with 3 lovely pieces of work. V. Proud! Delicious lunch + lots of cups of tea and cake – highly recommended!

Very instructive and detailed, have learnt a lot + all sorts of techniques today. Came away with great handouts to refer back to and will have to keep practising what I learnt. It’s nice to have a range of materials to buy on hand and the lunch was lovely. Pleasant and easy going, lots of fun!
