Any booking made on any of our courses signifies your agreement to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
We continually strive to improve our courses, publicity and our website and reserve the right to amend these, make minor alterations to course content and our prices at our discretion and without notice.
Any photographs or video footage taken by us during the course remain the property of West Country Creative Limited and may be used for future marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be involved in this, please inform us in writing beforehand.
What’s included...
The prices shown in our publicity are correct at the time of publication and include all tuition for the course, refreshments and the equipment required to make the item described in the course details unless specified. Lunch is also included on all sessions running 10.00am - 4.00pm.
Course specific materials and consumables are listed on each Course Information Sheet which you will receive with your receipt, and within the course description on the web-site. Materials are available to purchase on the course or you are very welcome to bring your own. You will need to purchase additional materials for larger or more involved projects.
Free parking for the duration courses held in Devon is provided at most of our venues but please note that vehicles and their contents are parked at your own risk.
Health and Safety
All students must act with the safety of other students in mind, and must comply with the Health and Safety advice given by the tutor during the course.
West Country Creative Limited takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of its students. You are asked to inform us of any areas of concern that could adversely affect you or your fellow students to enable us to take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
West Country Creative Limited cannot be held liable for any accident or injury incurred whilst attending any of their courses.
West Country Creative Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal possessions.
Special requirements
If you have any special dietary requirements please inform us of these when you book and we will do our best to cater for you.
If you have any mobility needs, allergies, or medical conditions such as epilepsy or diabetes, please let us know. We use a range of venues and painting locations for our courses, not all of which have wheelchair access or toilet facilities with mobility aids.
Please contact us if you need further details or to discuss your requirements and we will do our utmost to meet your needs.If you have any special dietary requirements please inform us of these when you book and we will do our best to cater for you.
Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your place on any course no less than 10 days in advance of the start date. Please make cheques payable to: 'West Country Creative Limited' and send it with your completed and signed booking form to:

We will send you a receipt to confirm your booking when we receive your payment.
If you wish to book a course starting in less than 10 days, please telephone or email us to check availability and arrange payment.
We regret that we are unable to make any reductions in respect of absence during any part of the course.
Group bookings
A group booking for six students or more on any one course will attract a discount of 5%. The booking must be paid for in full no less than 28 days before the start date of the course by one person who will be considered the group leader. This person will be our contact and responsible for all arrangements made. All group members signify acceptance of our Terms and Conditions if a booking is made for them on their behalf in this way.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us in writing. We may be able to offer you an alternative course and transfer your fees in full.
If you cancel your booking before the start date of the course, the following scale of refunds will apply:
- Over 3 weeks cancellation notice: Full refund
- 2-3 weeks cancellation notice: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days cancellation notice: No refund
All courses require a minimum number of bookings to run and we reserve the right to cancel a course should we receive insufficient bookings for it. In the unlikely event that this happens, we will notify you as soon as practicably possible and offer you a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another course.
No liability shall be held by West Country Creative Limited to any other party or for any other costs other than course fees incurred by the student as a result of a course being cancelled by us.
Change of Venue
Our courses run in a number of venues. If we have to relocate a class, we reserve the right to do so and will notify students as soon as is practicably possible before it commences.
Tutor absence
If, for any reason, the named tutor should be unable to attend, West Country Creative Limited reserves the right to substitute an alternative tutor, or postpone the course to a later date. In the event that an alternative date is unsuitable for the student, a full refund will be made.
